Black anodized aircraft aluminum fittings are lead free, more durable, more corrosion resistant & lighter in weight compared to standard brass fittings.

Lead content in brass components used in consumer products is becoming an important issue.  California’s Proposition 65 requires warning labels to be applied to any product sold through retail channels that contain brass.   Aluminum and steel fittings are the perfect solution to this issue and do not require warning labels on the product packaging.
