* Blow gun safety nozzle: The blow gun safety nozzle has side relief holes to prevent nozzle tip pressure exceeding 30 psi when dead-ended. When the safety nozzle indicted is installed properly on the gun body, the blow gun then qualifies as a safety blow gun, conforming to OSHA regulations, and may be used on maximum air pressure of 150 psi.  Any use of the gun without the indicated safety nozzle does not constitute a safety blow gun, and appropriate caution should be used. 

 

 

WARNING:  This product is designed for compressed air systems only.  Do not use this blow gun on air lines that are not regulated, or where pressure at the gun exceeds 30 psi (except as noted above).  This is not a safety blow gun and does not have a safety bypass to prevent pressure build up in the tip due to blockage (except as noted above).   Do not modify or alter the gun or the gun tips. 

 

Use correct size male threaded adapter (1/4 in. NPT).  Make sure gun is securely tightened to the adapter.  Do not re-tap or modify the threads for a nonstandard adapter.  Please note that personal protective equipment and/or chip guards may be required for your specific application.  Use of products contrary to directions, specifications, or these limitations may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
