Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards. They will also be responsible for testing products and services to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Test products and services to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Identify and report defects in products and services.
- Work with developers and engineers to fix defects.
- Maintain quality records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
